Raccoon

Scientific name: (Proyon lotor)

 

Diet: A Raccoon's diet mainly consists of fruits, berries, nuts, corn, grains, various insects and amphibians like frogs and toads. They also like mice and rats, chickens and their eggs and water dwelling animals like crayfish and clams.

 

Habitat: The original habitats of the raccoon are deciduous and mixed forests still due to their adaptability they have extended their range to coastal marshes and urban areas.

 

Behavior: The raccoon in this video is running and hopping across the grass.
